HOW TO INSTALL PLUGIN:
put the .vac file into your Plugin folder in the CM3D root folder

HOW TO INSTALL TEXTURES.
get CM3D extractor, drag texture.vac on the extractor.exe
receive texture folder
go into texture folder, look for the right .png, replace and done
drop texture folder on the extractor.exe
receive texture.vac
your previous texture.vac is saved as texture.vac.old

Not sure if the profile is translated. In any case, it's the only available translation for 1.05, but you can always try replacing the files manually from an old version.
