For example, some people can score great/break with Eve cannon, while others (like me) are stuck with nice/cool scores, regardless how much Eve cannon is charged.

It might be about latency making it easier, but the cool, great, break scoring system is based on the amount of time since the last shot. You can get break with the EVE cannon as long as you keep doing damage without much time between hits. When you wait a while between hits, even if all 6 hits of the psygun hit, you will only get cool. The psygun makes it easier to build up that combo because it shoots 6 at once and you can just shoot it at the slower targets and ignore them knowing that they will get killed by the shots so you can focus on the next one. Once you learn to aim the psyguns, it is easy. The only difficult part might be the lines of enemies taking up time and breaking your combo, but if you do everything else right, you should still get about 1900 points.

I take it no one has tried using the UC->Rt in CB JP for this month yet?

You didn't get the problem: because of the latency, their damn server doesn't register the input.
Instead of having all the 6 psi guns hitting, you have something like 1-3, randomly.

Even if you visually see all the 6 psi guns hitting the target, you might have a nice/cool for all eternity.
The latency issue due to geographical location is just screwing people to no end, even if they make a perfect runthrough with 11-12 min left at the timer.

The only way not to have such crappy result is using the wonder bit, and this can be abused only thrice for the whole mission.

Getting breaks involves getting lots of shots in, like a combo system. Use your shitty psyguns on whatever the slowest thing that's currently in the area until you get breaks, then railgun the rest. Your wonder bit can also help get it up, especially in the caves after the faggot runners and before the final battle.

I say fencer is just going to be like a longer range ivis without the stun buff.

While he's swinging that big sword he's a free burst for anyone out of range. I'm also assuming he can be stunned like any normal bot.

If he can get to 40 wlk he might not be such an easy target, but I assume you will want the fly for air combos.

You don't see him used very often in jpcb since he's a very situational bot.

Fencer doesn't combo much though, he just swings around and if you get touched you take 100 damage. His melee has an extremely nice AoE (better than Ivis melee, range comparable with Daedalian AM2) which will do a number on anyone still dumb enough to camp the powerspot. Otherwise he's not a particularly big problem, but play him like ambush Ivis and you'd get very good results.

Depending on fencer sword speed, ouka might be able to stun lock him before he can swing back.

Fencer's power lies in the fact that with his core on, his sword has about 80 range.

For reference, that's about as much as a vulcan or machinegun.

The downside is that he can't put on a shield and has pretty mediocre tgh, meaning he's stunlocked pretty easily. Thankfully, I don't think we're getting revenge tunes yet, so this will be a pretty damning weakness once everyone switches to air builds

I've done something horrible.

I was minding my own business slashing away at the other team when a patty caught my eye, naturally I followed it to a secluded area so I could finish it off.

Two of the three most expensive characters in the game. They're not even available directly in the cash shop. You have to roll the garapon for them.

I try to leave and rejoin if I'm ever on the larger team. Often times by the time I scroll back down the match, 5 other people have vanished, making it just as unbalanced as it was before I left, just with less people.

Just farm more kamuis or get more friends. They don't really need to be friends. Friendship gifts pretty much just give slotted parts like crazy.

Also learn to tune replaceables from the stores. Find a BS you like on a UC shop bot. Buy it and then buy its BS repeatedly to tune them. This can be done with any part.

Also consider what parts can be freely interchanged with others to share your tuneups among your bots. For your midoros you'll want to tune ACs since those can be equipped by any bot. Secondary to tune is medium sized AMs, BSs, and LGs with good bot type compatibility.

You don't have to consider part interchangeability if you're not using midoros though since fudaras can be bought at Crim's store. Yogurus are not buyable, but you'll generally find yourself not using them much due to only having high cost tunes available plus large material costs. So don't worry about interchangeability with those either.

Tuning's easy. I've not bought a single slot protector nor RT cosmos harmonics, but I have a 40 FLY Izuna, 40 TEC DGirl, and a Thoarla with 30 FLY and 30 TEC.

Some advice, you're better off with force tuneups then TEC tuneups on weapons. Those 2 TEC tuneups equaling 4 TEC make a difference of 1 or 2 damage depending on how much TEC your bot originally has. If your bot carries more weapons than just that Accelerated Gun or a high force weapon then TEC might be worthwhile since it affects all weapons and is percentage based so works better for higher force weapons.

There's also the other things like ammo, range, and speed which some people consider more important than damage.

I have 2 tuned volcanos from UC gara 2, both have 2 tunes with the third slot broken. One has two great force tunes and the other has 2 great rapid tunes. I can wield them interchangeably on my 40 TEC DGirl depending on whether I prefer more damage or speed at the time.

Also stronger tuneups have better chances. great tunes are more likely than high tunes by ten percent. I've failed few of my Great tunes. And I normally put them on ACs for maximal benefit.

I've failed a lot of high tunes I think though, but that's okay since I usually do those on replaceable parts.

3% force and 9% great force appear to have the same net results, a total of 13 force. Someone said the numbers are rounded up, but they still appear to have the same 13 force. I don't know how the game calcs this so I don't know if there's an advantage to 9% if it doesn't go up to 14 unless there's decimal points in there somewhere. Certainly possible I suppose.

I don't want to get this wrong. It's 20 Rt for another one.

I was there earlier. I think I got the explanation well enough. Basically it totals up all force tunes on the weapon. Then it says how much force it would raise it by, then rounds up.

Example, assume a ten force weapon. Now 2 3% force tuneups. They would only raise the force by one. Since 6% of 10 is still 0.6. However 2 6% tuneups would increase force by 2. Since 12% of 10 would be 1.2 which when rounded up is 2. If you had 2 6% tunes and 1 9% tune you'd get an extra 3 force since 21% of 10 is 2.1. 3 9% tunes would give the exact same extra force since 2.7 still rounds to 3.

Another example using a volcano grenade which has 36 base force.

36*1.09=39.24 which rounds up to 40.

Put another great tune on it.

36*1.18=42.48 is what you would get.

Not 40*1.09=43.6

My double great force tuned volcano grenade has only 43 force, not 44.

So it works on the total percentage from all force tuneups. You won't get a gun with 10 force to 13 force by applying 3 regular 3% force tuneups.

Honestly it's more about the offers. And SuperRewards and Peanut Labs share a lot of them. SuperRewards however pays more RT for every single offer they share with Peanuts. Like the Bing, IPad sweepstakes, and rewardTV offers.
