For this image, you could just see it as 'a bunch of guys jumping onto a girl', or you could imagine what it would feel like to be helplessly held down there, with people slowly climbing up, then jumping down onto your stomach, leaving you no way to respond until a sudden harsh force crushes your stomach and you reel with pain; and when that's done, you're held down again for another try.
Or you could imagine it from the perpetrators' perspective, what it would be like to jump down on a helpless girl, or from a witness's perspective, what it would be like to helplessly watch a girl get tortured like that...
