HOW TO INSTALL PLUGIN:
put the .vac file into your Plugin folder in the CM3D root folder

HOW TO INSTALL TEXTURES.
get CM3D extractor, drag texture.vac on the extractor.exe
receive texture folder
go into texture folder, look for the right .png, replace and done
drop texture folder on the extractor.exe
receive texture.vac
your previous texture.vac is saved as texture.vac.old

I'm having trouble getting the game to work with a modified model.varc
basically, it simply crashes on start-up when it preloads all the stuff.
so, I figure simply extracing the folder with the old cm3d extractor ( this works fine for textures but not everything else ), changing the azn and repacking doesn't work.
I haven't used the CM3D tools as of yet, anyone experience how to use those?

Actually, I don't know exactly how it works, it's not very noticeable unless the stat in question is already really high.

The personality changes are implemented rather jarringly, though. There's no gradual shift in behavior. She'll simply approach you and tell you she decided to act more tsundere.

Alright, I just made a compilation of all the plugins that should be required so you should have everything (aside from the panties that need unlocking).
I also made the archive so that you would just have to unrar it in your game root folder.

It has everything + the .cus so anyone interested can just install it and get it right, I think.

The HF patch has recently become worth installing. I wouldn't bother with any of the texture uncensors since you can apply better ones yourself (though it wont hurt either, you can just overwrite) - but it's an easy way to install the official plugins, script translations and UI translations without a lot of trouble.

Also wont overwrite anything you've done (unless you set it to), so feel free to apply it over already modified files. It just inserts its own stuff, doesn't replace the entire file.

We really need to get the catalog back...

So I installed this and the HF patch yesterday, made my maid, and went through 2 days without a hitch at 60fps(at the lowest possible settings and 800x600 resolution).
I tried to load a save today, but right after choosing to talk to the girl or go to the playroom I got a black screen and fps counter freezes or disappears. I can move my cursor about and hear the voice and sound, but that's it.
Starting a new game looked fine, but the same thing happened the second I chose the first visual option.
Any ideas?
