Most yukkuri are inherently retarded so even if he wasn't to kill her she'd probably think "I brought home the wrong kind of stray, maybe if I bring this other, better stray, master will be fine with it!" Once it's got that mindset to marry a stray, it's not going to stop. While you could kick it out of your house it'd probably still come back and be a nuisence or worse.

So yeah, basically what happened up until this point was this guy was working his shift at a yukkuri donut store (yukkuri being the donuts) and some yukkuri show up, they make a huge mess and act like a bunch of ass holes. The worker sits through it all and right when they leave the shit/piss on the floor of the store and he wants to cold, hard, JUSTICE
