Anyway I started this. Probably gonna go after the meido first.

Last one I finished was Extravaganza.
I think I preferred Mindead Blood in the end a hair-width more. Extravaganza's last chapter could have been better. Like with the proper inclusion of Dr. West to name one of the most important, or Julia actually using her gun for a real enemy finally (Shirou hardly counts as one). I also wasn't a fan of Ayaka, and she steals the show completely unless you have Mu in your arm. Last chapter needed more Yumemi being badass.
The Mushi-hime route had potential but what the heck tentacle rape every character one-by-one, including even that mushiuser chick who died in the prologue. I consider it a very good game, but it makes me wish that several things would have been made differently (the above mentioned stuff and Ageha not existing).
100%-ing was worth it though, because you unlock the staff room chapter where every staff comments various things, and even seiyuus have a section to share their thoughts. I was surprised when the writer said he started working on it in April at the very first time, and it they released it 6 months later.

Continuing to read through the Polyphonica series this weekend.
Just finished the 3rd one a couple of moments ago.
Not sure if I want to start the 4th one tonight, or burn through it all tomorrow.

The breast ratio in imopara is pretty much what you'd expect with something for everyone, I don't know what your problem is.
Though, in all I don't find the game to be all that great as I expected, actually.
Koharu's route was pretty bad for me (h-scenes as well as the obligatory cliche story), and so far Aya's is really stretched out, with a lot of repeated h-scenes (which I really do think is pretty awful in a nukige).
Still having hope in Michika's route which I've been saving for a bit, but if that one also disappoints I'll probably skip the remaining two.

It's not like imouto have to be flat-chested, you know? Maybe you're just overlapping your incest and loli fetishes.

It has a pretty weird cast for an eroge, it's full of old men and you barely even see the heroines during the first chapter. Actually I'd even say Antonio is the most moe character.

Probably the first. They released four trials so far (prologue, ch1, ch3 and ero), and the ero one was disjointed from the rest, so it's probable it comes late. The story is that the protagonist is full of debts, girlfriend left him, he drinks himself silly daily, etc and finds these four girl taking shelter from the rain in front of his old ruined coffee shop. He takes them in, without knowing that a certain someone is willing to cover all kind of debts as long as someone takes the girl under his roof (which he does, unknowingly). From there I guess they're going to polish the shop anew and open it with them four as maids.
It was all pretty cute and heartwarming, I don't think (and heck, I'm not expecting) for it turn it into rape/the man taking advantage of them.
I'm going to drop it as soon as it comes to that if it does.

I love the characters and setting, so I'm probably not the best judge.
Well, of the 2 VNs that comprise it, the standard Polyphonica, and Polyphonica After School, the first is is split into 4 episodes, with the first two being mostly setting and character building, though the plot of it begins to pick up during the 2nd episode. These are mostly a mixture of slice of life and some serious scenes scattered through out. The third episode begins mostly like the other 2, but quickly turns serious with more plot development. The fourth continues pretty much right where the third left off, and moves at a pretty good pace right up until the end. Though, the ending is sort of abrupt and forgets about anyone who isn't Phoron and Corti, pretty much. Though, at it's core those two are who this entire series is about. Speaking of the end though, 2 characters from one of the off shoot series appear and the VN sort of assumes you have an idea who they are.

Regarding After School, which is where the CG in my initial post comes from, though it's not the absolute ending CG, it's pretty much divided cleanly into 2 parts, a segment focusing on slice of life with some comedy interspersed through out, along with some build up for the second half, and a pretty much no nonsense outside of maybe 2 scenes part which leads up until the end. The second half is pretty good, though it drags its feet slightly at some points. The ending is also quite a bit better than the other set's. It gives closure for the newly introduced characters, and there's a really great scene for two of the returning side characters. And with the final scene, well, I think my other post covers what I think of it.

As for the good, I think that the author did an extremely good job writing character interactions, especially those between Phoron and Corti, and the world setting seems to have had a good deal of care put into it. The character development of Phoron and Corti is also extremely well done I felt.
For the bad, well, one of the main characters is just sort of there for most of the series, though she did have a sort of redeeming scene in After School. Also, the way Phoron is might get on some people's nerves with how he sort of tries to avoid conflict,hurting others, his lack of confidence and so on. I thought that he had some pretty great scenes once he finds the resolve to do something though.

But yeah, at it's core, they're pretty much the story of Corti and Phoron.

I think I'll finish Comyu after all this time, put it on hold for like 1 year.

Now, my Japanese is terrible, so I can't really understand everything, but it would be cool if someone could listen to this and maybe type up some of the interesting parts. It sounds like it has some neat info about the seiyuu business.

It's a bit gay, but I suppose if the love interests were female I wouldn't note anything at all, just romance.
But otherwise is pretty interesting, the fights are at least creative and the tails aren't just an ornament, they actually use them, also the worldbuilding for the fights with element manipultion is pretty good.
May main complains are the 3d backgrounds, like C;H ones, I don't dislike them, but more artistic ones would be better for a fantasy, and is awkward as fuck having a conversation with Asato (the guy I'm going for the first route)

I've been finally catching up with Subarashiki Hibi. It's... basically everything I don't like to read about in my fiction ("cool" depiction of madness, delusions, PoV tricks, shock ero, misery) yet I feel strangely attracted by it. I don't really get it myself.

Finished Abandoner, it couldn't live up to its art and music.
The finale was especially disappointing, you think the game is building up toward a climax when you reach chapter 3 and then it's suddenly over one hour later.
The endings for each heroines were very weak too. Elena's is the one that makes the most sense but feels like a short bad end. Cecilia's feels very out of place considering you're on the run from her for most of the game and when you finally start spending some time with her you're almost at the end. Hilda's is a 10 lines long epilogue.
Best character was Antonio, good thing he got the most screentime and you even get to hear his backstory and all.

tl;dr: A waste of good art and music, which is pretty much what I heard of Lost Child, which is coincidentally part of the same project.

Finally finished playing Soushinjutsu Rei, had been side-tracked to some non-VN related stuff while playing, so ended up taking longer than tought.
Overally it was nice. H-scenes were hot and I really like have hypno fetish now. It's nice to have even more ero-oriented games to have bit plot., altough it failed to fully to use some of stuff it set-up imo. well still nice read it was and fapable.
random note: and more games should have moveable text-box.

In Comyu it feels like there is a commentary about life, society, justice and other heavy stuffs every few lines.

There's plenty of interaction (even in the workshop, you can talk to the heroines when there's a star above them, or in dungeon parts if the MC and a heroine are next to each other they'll begin discussing various topics) and Seravi and Yuera are pretty likable (well, the loli too, if she's your thing).

But as far as kamidori goes, so far the charas has been more well establishes this time. Altough the charas aren't horribly unique, they still have had some good interaction going between them, more than in himegari. And personaly I like all of the 3 main heroines so far. As for the plot, well nothing too special yet, two biggest thing it's going to have is probably all those powerfull monster popping randomly and their origin (this may or may not be connected to IM Veritas events) and then theres some foreshadowing of uneasiness between Yuidora and Yulas country (this combined with the OP suggests that there will be war between them)

There is no connection to himegari sadly, as it's more of an spiritual sequel, and geographically kamidori happens south-west west of revinia (IM series country) while himegari happened far to north from there.. I wanted to see those two again, but not probably going to happen unless they are the other cameo characters besides Lifia&Evelyne pair.

Am I the only one who thinks that Shinji Katakura has a great style but has a tendency to fuck up designs? When he tries to do something extravagant it always ends up with something unpleasant to my eyes, especially in the case of male characters. Akki, Souta, Yui and the drummer from d2b looked like shit. They constantly distracted my attention.

And Haru has to be one of the better and most enjoyable protagonist for me. Yeah, the slice of life family stuff should've been handled in a different way, there's really no substance to it. But when the route is about to end and SCIENCE kicks in it become pretty interesting.

Finally finished Comyu, Kagome's route was awesome.
It was definitely much better than Ruitomo, only Mayuki's route felt a bit weak.
