If you ask me, Battler is one of the culprits. We know Ange goes crazy if she gets to know who the culprits are, Eva seeing being hated as a husband/son killer as more preferable than telling her, Eva and Battler having a showdown in ep 3 which is the first that introduces Eva surviving (which unquestionably happened), the killings happening -because- Battler came back, and all that.

I still like the stakes best. Ange is not too shabby though.

Seemed obvious to me that Ep7's Tea Party was more or less correct, give or take some details (those commented screenshots from it when Ange finds out the truth are just icing on the cake.) I don't think Battler is a culprit, though, the way Tohya and Ange talk to each other doesn't really make sense if that's the case.
