Bought this a few weeks ago for $30 off ebay. Been having my fun with it.

Already got mine today. Already 1CC'd the 360 mode.. Gets quite ridiculous when those suicide bullets take up about 80% of the screen..

RIsing Star seems to be doing at great job releasing games in Europe that nobody gave a fuck about in the past.
Might try this one.

That's the US box, the EU one is different. The front cover is the girls standing on the stairs with Windia and Casper at the front. The back caption is "The complete Deathsmiles Experience".

Just throwing it out there, this game gets old really quick. I don't know what the Pal price will be, but it was $50 over here, and it felt like a $20 game at most. Unless you're hardcore into getting the highest scores possible, I would not recommend buying this. Rent if you can.

Yes, Aksys went full pedo for the US localization, the Japanese cover just has them standing on a staircase.

Cave SH3 was emulated long ago, but mamedev wont release the code because of something called good sense.
