Answer is no. Stop reading shitkaku complex, they are about as reliable as the Global Enquirer.

ZUN's already had draconian restrictions on Touhou merch for years. What he did was clarify things so that networks like Steam and Android can't exploit Touhou-based stuff to make a bunch of money (with him getting none). With such an ambiguous license as Touhou there's bound to be people trying to take advantage of the trend and making bank without having to pay ZUN royalties, and I'm guessing he finally wisened up to that.

Also touhou porn is just fine as long as it's doujin.. and guess what, like 99.9% of all ero Touhou stuff is doujin.

If zun is such a great, cool guy, why doesn't he release the sourcecode of his games?

I think the only reason ZUN allowed the GSC figma/nendoroids to happen was that he make them very limited runs so that they couldn't exploit the license too much.

Not sure why he went out on a limb to ban excessively rude/lewd Touhou stuff from mass production (e.g company involvement), probably wants to try to keep Touhou pure and is getting tired of seeing "____is a slut" become a popular characterization of his precious creations.

Who says it has to be the same? Anyway, I really really would like ZUN to open source his games so they can be ported and fixed. His coding leaves much to be desired.

I know the other bugs, but I never heard of those. There are vsync patches for the old games that allow to play them in higher resolutions, and PoFV is perfectly playable using Adonis.

Maybe it is deliberate. But so what? What about the more problematic bugs? MoF/SA still have that awful replay desync issue, and ZUN isn't fixing it, and that's reason enough for open sourcing as far as I'm concerned.
