Granted their file hosts were horrible but the website itself was amazing, all the good h-manga releases were there and they had a great way of organizing the Comiket uploads. Torrent packs are annoying since you have no idea what's in there. You have to download 100gigs and then pry through all the shit until you take the ones you enjoy. In pant.su however you saw the cover of each pack, selected the ones and downloaded only those. Much more convenient.

I really hope it's not gone forever, that web site is fucking essential.

Well it's clear he still owns the domain and he's managed to update it so perhaps he was trying to scare us or something. With his second domain and Twitter account magically disappearing at the same time shortly after the main site got 404'd it seems rather suspicious, especially since he's able to update the site page. And it can't be in relation to bandwidth and such because that is totally irrelevant to his Twitter account. The great thing about pant.su is that they post the new tankoubon releases along with any comiket stuff, you can see previews, and they're very organized. There are already too many english translations sites and wading through forums, so this is a pretty sad lost. If anyone knows of any place that post new tankoubon releases share it please.

Hell, no. They make it virtually impossible to download anything unless you donate to them or upload work and trick/force people into using your link. I disagree. pant.su isn't for finding everything, but it's one of the best places to find new releases. When you're looking for new releases on exhentai or any forums you're either gonna put up with a shitty download/viewing system or trudging through mountain threads. There are tags on pant.su, though I think you have to search or go to a categories page to see them. At any rate, for new raw releases pant.su was awesome.

It's not hard to get points for archive downloads on exhentai, I've got enough to download everything I want about 50 times over. It also downloads everything at its original resolution. That said I rarely use it to download stuff now, it's easy to find everything I want from blogs and forums.

Find whatever doujinshi you like and put the name into google and you've found tons of hotfile and whatever other filesharing services you like hosting the same shit. Honestly I'm still confused by what the fuck has happened and the comments for the post on pant.su give mixed messages. One faggot moaning about trolls pissing off Len, another making it seem like Len just broke down and couldn't handle the site anymore etc. but these don't really explain taking down the site, the backup and the Twitter feed. I think it was just a glorious troll with the present of porn for valentines day. It'd be nice to get some clarification but either way I'm just happy to see that it has returned.
