Yes, keeping the guns in the same place was fucking stupid. Maybe it's Kinzo's genes acting up, maybe she added more risk that way. Or maybe she thought the adults wouldn't use Kinzo's guns when they actually find the solution to all of their problems and keeping the guns outside, in Kinzo's room or wherever, is more risky? Really hard to judge with her complete lack of reaction to anything and the fact the episode is not 100% truth at all.
And while informing them of the bomb (notice it wasn't set) wasn't a good influence on them, but it's still the logical thing to do, rather than keeping silent about the existance of the explosives.

My problem with Yasu is how her "harmless game" was essentially doomed to fail. The cousins are mostly crybabies, and weren't going to just spring to action solving the epitaph when they think their family members are actually dying, not to mention it's a pretty cruel way to break-up with someone if the end result is supposed to be bloodless. Even if she got the best result of Battler figuring it out, that's pretty awkward- "Oh, yeah, I was just dicking with you guys, everyone's fine. IMO I think Shannon and Kanon were meant to have a Mion/Shion thing going on but when he realised people would find this predictable, decided to push the Shkannontrice theory.

It's a prediction pic I made shortly before EP5 came out. I had figured out Shannontrice since EP3, and since it was clear that Beato was going to die, I assumed something similar to the pic would happen sooner or later. Too bad Ryukishi cared more about appealing to the shippers than making a good story.
