From all the descriptions of their anatomy that I've read about they actually sound like they'd be fucking delicious.

Yukkuri abuse would not be so widespread without the feeling that the yukkuri deserve it. The vast majority of the comics show that most non-badge yukkuri are lower than trash due to their behavior. Of all living creatures, yukkuri are the least deserving to "take it easy".

A lot of people that would be categorized as abuse lovers would hate to see a well-behaved yukkuri mistreated, though. The abuse is fueled by a need for justice in general. Other times it is completely unwarranted, but that just speaks for the inability for some humans to take it easy.

I wish I could brutally murder a Yukkuri.

This may be true in some cases, but in the comic the OP posted the Yukkuri are completely innocent.

I always thought that somebody should write a troll story where in the middle of a regular yukkuri abuse story the author suddenly trolls you by turning it into revenge guro.

That's basically the reason the Okuu types even show up in any of the comics. Other types of yukkuri doing something like that would be met with swift retaliation by the other humans.
