I've seen Yuka always being claimed as the strongest being ever made due to her appearance in Kioh Gyoku saying that her magic was ''ultimate'', yet I haven't seen her do much other than beat up people in PoFV for the lulz. I really have to thank Suigin. By playing the role of the loyal opposition he put Yukari on the map. I randomly clicked on /b/ and saw a "Sauron vs Voldemort" thread and some /b/tards started talking about Yukari.

Yukari gets posted all the time in /co/, /m/, and /a/'s powerlevel threads. I guess the thing that separates her from Yuka, Shiki, Suika and Eirin is that her powers aren't ambiguous. Not only is her powers well documented but she's pretty original. The same cannot be said of the other Touhous on this >>6883565 list. Yukari has global appeal.

Marisa practically begged her to do it, and even after she agreed she didn't follow the rules. If all of Reimu's encounters were like that, then it's a miracle Gensokyo wasn't wiped out. Look, Reimu is not some divine power like Eiki. Her position by someone who envisioned modern Gensokyo. Regardless of who did it (all signs lead to Yukari), modern Gensokyo is basically conceived as a youkai paradise. They won't do anything to damage it, it would be like shitting their own bed. If it means letting the miko run rampant and keep them in check, then so be it. It's in their motherfucking self-interest.

They tried that on the moon and look how well that turned out for them. Gensokyo's finest defeated by a girl who was only using 0.00006% of her power. Or something lewd like that. Maybe if Suika and Yukari were there it would have made a difference, but still. Remilia, a youkai that was defeated in a few minutes, is said to be one of the strongest youkais in Gensokyo.

Though to be fair, not all the people on the moon are as strong as Yorihime. She's the only person on the moon with the ability to summon gods, hence the reason she was scared off getting framed by Reimu.

I just noticed a mistake in Suigin-kun's list. Aya should be up a level. According to ZUN, tengus are the most balanced species of youkai. They have magic and physical capabilities that are favorable to any other group of youkai.

Suigin should make a list of youkai sorted by species and title. At the top would be onis, boundary youkais, and etc...
