Nah, it's just that the first Rance games are really short. Ixrec would translated the first three games in less than one week. They are actually a slow if compared to people such as TakaJun or Makoto. Heck, they are likely still working slower than the F/HA translator(s). One of the games was 3k lines, ffs.

Forte was probably the most useless character in the whole first game. Only reason she existed was to make people with big boob fetishes play. Even at her max power, she was inferior to all others because she could hardly catch up to what she was going to shoot.

It's been released a while ago, and most of the people capable of translating it have already played it and lost interest - years ago. Missed the prime window of opportunity for a lengthy VN, so to speak.

But that's just my guess. Reality is, there are relatively few VN translators out there, most of them with their own whims that defy any logical explanation.
