Ah dear lord..

This thread is now about Youmu in a general way, regardless of powerlevels.

Youmu is one of the few Touhous that really is a hard worker, along with Reisen and that's one of her best aspects. Her loyalty to Yuyuko is something nice too

Not really. She just tells Youmu that she shouldn't simply cut other ghosts / spirits without thinking about it like she was doing so far. Not that she was causing the incident.

Actually, killing ghosts would even help instead of make the incident worse.
