Until Marisa and Reimu keep their current looks for the next 10 or 20 years, I'm going to keep assuming they're getting older as time flows. So, ~14 by EoSD, ~22 now (Marisa being a year or two younger). Sanae would be younger (and actually appears somewhat younger in Wild and Horned Hermit, if you ask me).

Medicine is the youngest (having been born shortly before PoFV). Some of the other youkai (eg. Mystia, Wriggle, Rumia, Kisume) may not be all that old either. Of course, Medicine could have existed in a non-sentient form long before being turned into youkai, so it may not count. Reversely, Kogasa may actually be the youngest if we assume the date of achieving youkaidom as the date of birth - unless I forget something and the exact time have actually been mentioned, it might have been literally days before the events of UFO.
