you should be used to this. When an important event like Comiket occurs, there's a huge increase in posting, after it will follow a "cool down" period.

Lots of bans I imagine. I posted two mildly racist comments and got banned. I said chinese=japanese in /jp/ and I posted this image in /a/. The reason was, "Racism." How bad has 4chan gotten where mods are so butthurt at what you say they look for a vague reason to ban you?

>I don't like what that guy is saying and I want an excuse to ban him
>let me rub my two brain cells together and find a reason. DATRACISM!

Anything under the sun if the mod is butthurt enough. Banned for flaming? It's like I'm on a forum 8 years ago! Where is my post count.

Saying chinese = japanese and later posting that picture is reason enough for a racism ban? Not really. Obviously he was angry about a comment I made and looked for a reason. I'm only peeved the queer didn't insult which post I was banned for because it would've been most amusing. I'm black so posting a image like that(whatever the fuck it's suppose to mean anyway) isn't RCIST, so what now?

My next reason for being banned should be:

There's been few VN releases lately, so I'm not visiting it as frequently. I've been visiting a few other boards, such as /sci/ for some discussion instead.

I'm also seeing people complain about recent moderation, but I've not seen any of it that would truly destroy /jp/ culture, except maybe for /jp/ being considered as a mostly NSFW board within people's understanding of it, at least as far as posting drawn pictures is concerned (no 3DPD), however it seems in some cases pictures were deleted, which is technically right as /jp/ is a blue board, even though it would be more beneficial for it to be a yellow one as /jp/ is a catch-all board for japanese-media related things from other boards I wouldn't go as far as to call it /a/'s /b/, even though that was somewhat the initial reason why it was split: /a/ was moderating related, but not strictly anime/manga topics off the board, which sparked a lot of controversy, and people wanted some sort of /a+b/ board for general content, which eventually lead to moot making this board (I don't know if it was in direct consequences of /ab/ requests or merely the strain on moderation to remove strictly non-anime/manga, but related posts).
