Your desire to get right to work is commendable. However, I don't believe you've gotten a proper feel for this board yet. You're assigning fully-fledged bans for things that have been perfectly acceptable to post since our creation.

In the future, I'd suggest you give warnings a try in cases of perceived rule violations, rather than going with the banhammer.
