Shirou decides to stop that EGG OF PURE EVIL and break the egg, Kotomine interferes because abortion is murder, Shirou and Kotomine FIGHT BARE FIST MANO TO MANO MAN TO MAN FUCK YEAH, Kotomine KO'ed, Shirou has 1hp left and is PSN'ed status, uses EXKUALIBA on egg because it has a hard shell, egg dead, Shirou faints, no more pokemon to summon, start back at last pokemon center.

Sakura is no move evil, Shitou died but was replaced with an autonomous lifesize doll thanks to Ilya, who also died. Sakura entertains herself by cleaning up after Shitou and pretending his perfectly normal. Rin marries some rich British guy who isn't King Arthur.

Of course. You could even just upload your exact Tsukihime folder somewhere and redownload it on a new computer, if you have no external HDs or anything, and can't find out what exactly needs to be copied.

I've always been confused about Shirou's puppet body. It apparently "works" like a normal body and whatnot but how does it work with the mana transfer that was apparently "implied"? I'm guessing the roles were reversed and when he blows a load in Sakura and it mixes with her he gets the mana from her due to her overabundance of it? Or is he just shooting blanks and praying that Sakura can somehow transfer it over to him to support his new magical form?

Attention fags: the body takes on the form of the soul, so when they tie Shirou's soul (stored in the gem Tohsaka had) to the doll body, his soul overwrites the current body, creating one of flesh and blood.

I always found Mind of Steel funny. Shirou goes in the exact same path his father did, all the while Kotomine's plan is fulfilled completely. Not only did he get to watch Kiritsugu destroy his life, he gets to see Shirou do the exact same thing.
