G-Senjou - I enjoyed the writing and overall style, but weak side-routes and somewhat lacking resolutions made it kind of disappointing in the end.

Swan Song - I really wanted to like this after hearing all the praise it got, but ultimately it just rubbed me the wrong way too many times. The main criticism that I would have is that the writing was a bit too preachy at times, and ultimately suffocated some primal human elements out of it.

Hanachirasu - Rather unorthodox writing style - a mix between comedy and nihilism almost - and the plot felt kind of weak overall. I didn't completely dislike this one, but it certainly felt like it could be so much more.

The surprise! You're married to and fucking your sister end was kinda silly humorous, the game takes itself too seriously though and those routes! They needed to trim down at least 1/3 of the dialog, I'd say 1/2 but that would leave so little that I feel bad for the writers. The tsundere little sister of your best friend was a worthwhile route, the twins route was nice, the others were a bit meh.

I haven't played any VN but that one in 8 months. Tried reading Ijiwaru My Master for /jp/ but couldn't put up with the guys faggotry in the game so I dropped it, so sorry guys. I really should try again simply because I need to keep promises with /jp/ and since people virtually threw me off the Hatsukoi Translation Project I haven't done anything for /jp/. Dunno.

Started reading Kurepushidora ~Hikari to Kage no Juujika~ to see if it's worth translating because some Japanese guy said he'd help me translate a novel (I have a fascination with otome games right now). No opinion yet.

Generic and silly, but who says it is a bad thing ?
There isn't nothing really memorable about it but considering the shit that came out lately this is probably the best title of past months.
The story flows nicely and the heroines makes you curious about their stories, though their routes end up being clichèd and predictable.

Knight Carnival! 7/10
A porn with plot game, and the plot isn't even that good to be honest.
However there is light hearted story under it which some of you might like, plus the jokes and the gags are actually fun to read.

Generic guy ends up in generic classy high-school blah blah yadda yadda you already can figure out the rest of the plot and routes by experience.
I'll praise the approach in the epilouge at least, no crossdressing bullshit or sudden luck or whatever, the mc is hired to take the place of another guy while he recovers.
The mc himself is a pretty cool guy, but he loses that charm as soon as the plot starts.

I enjoyed this one a lot, though some of the interrogation scenes lasted to long but didn't hinder to much IMO.

Umineko PS3 - 9/10
An already great visual novel improved with voices and CG scenes. Would get a 10 for me but most of episode 2 and poor menu system drops it a point.

Remember11 - 7/10
I liked this one more then Ever17, though I couldn't get attached to most of the characters. Also the music is very blah.

G-senjou no Maou: 10/10
I'm only rating it this high because trolls won't read the rest of the post. It was actually more of a 6.5 to me. I liked all the side-routes, and didn't mind the obvious plot twist. I just didn't like how during 8 years in prison, Haru didn't once tell him about anything, and I don't like that Iwai guy.

Honestly /jp/, I have a huge backlog, so what should I play next? I want to finish all of Da Capo 1 before heading off to start 2, but I still have Osadai, Hanachirasu, Swan song, Symphonic Rain, and Inganock to play. I also want to play some Muv-luv Alt. partial and Majikoi partial.

Sharin - 8 quite entertaining, with a slightly less stupid plot twist than Gsen
