"EX-Rumia" is not her ribbonless form, but her elder sister constantly worried sick about her going out and trying to eat people, since she may get sealed one day. When Rumia comes back "home", covered in grime and blood from running around attacking people for weeks, her sister greets her with a hug while crying, saying how worried she was. She then bathes her and prepares dinner, smiling warmly the whole time from the mere fact that her cute little sister came to visit her.

Unfortunately, the elder sister is under a seal that forces her to remain within the confines of her house, so when Rumia gets distracted by a flying shrine maiden or something, runs off to attack her and gets lost afterwards due to her darkness area of effect, she's mostly helpless to find her and bring her back.
