Because BAWWWW Jessica/Rosa/Maria/Whoever died, I AM SO MAD. Even though we fucking knew from Episode 3 how things had to end, more or less. Even if we didn't know what happened ON the island, we knew what happened afterward. But everyone was still clinging to some kind of hope that everyone would miraculously survive, and they were all just hiding for the last twelve years.

The entire point of the goddamn series was to show that 'truth' is a slippery creature, and it's form is entirely subjective. The hints for this were there. From the first episode, when it was made clear the story you just read was the story written in the message bottle. Yasu wrote the first two.

Later, Battler loses his memory, but he writes the following few episodes in an effort to explore possibilities and jog his memory. In episode 5, he remembers what happened presumably, and writes the next few forgeries to try and give people enough hints to figure out their own truths for those two days.

Hachijo Tohya is Furudo Erika . Who else could it be? She learned about love after rescuing Battler from the ocean where she was still drifting , and helped Battler write those two episodes to make an example of how naive and arrogant she used to be. And by expansion most of the readers.

I am not posting whole story because everything was probably already spoiled to hell and back on /jp/ ,just some info and thoughts (I also would like some correction if my thoughts are wrong since my japanese is not top-notch)

-Puzzles and choices do not matter, aside "trick" and "magic".They are to fool you.
-Meta world is Battler arguing with himself and trying to remember the Rokkenjima incident.He starts as a completely clueless and "helpless" Meta-Battler and is constantly "evolving" as he regains memory.(GM Battler is the middle , Will is the semi-final stage , "Competent" Meta-Battler is the final stage + remnants of his memories as various characters.)
-Witches are equivalent to Battler's amnesia.He "fights" with them to regain memories.
-Rudolf switched the babies because he couldn't let Kyrie (mistress) have a child while his actual wife (Asumu) miscarried.He is a dick.
-Kyrie and Rudolf are THE BEST PARENTS EVER as EP7 portayed, and Kyrie started everything.
-Kyrie is the main reason for the massacre.

Overall I don't find this EP as half bad as people make it to be.Of course it is big "FUCK YOU" to both mystery and fantasy fags since Meta World was inside Battler's head and mysteries were never solved aside the main culprit.Still it was enjoyable read and I actually prefer this end to some retarded miracle ending like in Higurashi(little girl outsmarts army of professional killers).In my opinion the best "bittersweet end" would be Battler surviving without amnesia and returning to Ange.
Still fights in the Meta World were pumping and great,too bad it was all in Batora's head.

I can guarantee people will rage over this EP to no end,especially shipperfags and alike(Beatrice never existed after all).
