It's a new game for the arcades because they never had DLC characters and such so they're getting all of the new characters plus the balance patch. The consensus from people who have played her is that she's broken as hell in the Arcade release. She has better corner pressure than Jin, an incredible spacing projectile (bubble sets up a super rape combo), two great defensive pokes and the ability to 4k combo from fucking anywhere. Oh, and both of her drives are bonkers, Divine Buster is just short of fucking Emerald Tager Buster if it hits fully and that spin has only a 3 post-flash frame delay and is fully controllable. She'll be rebalanced hard before console release.

I've seen plenty of tournament videos with Platinum, and it seems that most other characters are just as broken as her. Lambda, Arakune, Makoto, Rachel, hell even Tsubaki have as much bullshit as Platinum.
