Accurate translation is beyond me but seems like that in the last panel Kanako is first citing Suwako saying something about wasting the whole battery of the cell phone on making the yukkuri head come. Kanako seems to claim not getting it at all and asks what language she's speaking. The yukkuri head says something that could be translated as "that felt good" (literally "refreshing").

Good enough. My only gripe would be with the "refreshing", as it's not something that makes much sense in english in that situation. But that doesn't matter, really, as it's not required to get the idea of what happened. Just a small touch to emphasize the fact that the yukkuri head enjoyed... uh... coming.
