Here is a download that gives you everything you need for VH (including auto translation), and it's all really simple to set up. Just follow the steps in the readme.

I played with auto translation for the first time and it was really bad and distracting. Being able to sort of understand what people say is good and all, but I'd rather wait for real translations to come out (however long it takes).

I have also heard about some development that will make it easier for translators to stay up to date, but I can't remember what that was.
