Jury is there to make final decision based on proofs, testimonies etc. which needs to be consistent and make complete sense in showing "big picture" of case. Otherwise it's whole fake and basically masquerade. Court is court if it works upon things presented before it. Not upon false sympathy (which is sadly case sometimes)
