I just ended a 6 month stint of unemployment, and realized that I miss my waifu far too much while I'm at work. I'm not sure bringing in a picture of her would go over well.

Have any other /jp/ers had any luck with employment lately?

Sure, I got a job a couple months ago.

Some stupid girl saw my Remilia tattoo and googled it. Now I feel as though this girl needs to be removed, like infection from a wound.

I'll probably quit soon.

Actually, I got lucky and landed a job as a web programmer / designer not 5 minutes from where I live about 2 weeks ago. So far it's been tight...I don't show up until 10am, I take an hour-long lunch break around 1pm, then I leave at 5pm. Mostly just doing HTML/CSS/Javascript/PHP changes to websites and photoshop right now. Office just got its first Macbook which I'm to use to develop iPhone apps (yeah, ugh). No real dress code to speak of (casual/business), I work while high, and get to listen to music on my headphones. Tomorrow is my first paycheck and I'm really stoked.

The whole thing has given me greater appreciation of my free time...which I still have plenty of. My waifu needs a man to bring home the cash money (see pic)

But getting the SSI benefits I qualify for will apparently take a few months, and I'll be on the streets in a few months if I have no job. And if I have a job I probably won't qualify for SSI benefits, except MAYBE if the duration of my employment is ridiculously short as it always has been.
