The 1/4 thing you said varies a lot, I'm pretty much addicted to this board and I can say that there are days with less or more posts.

It's just his opinion and his standards are quite high, people shouldn't care about it. It's just a single post in a thread, he stops when the janitor is up, don't post twice in the same thread even if the post was deleted and don't even whine about having posts deleted, I can't really see that as your typical /jp/ spammer.
