For more linear games, Sono Hanabira series. Sure it's just generic yuri, but I'm a sucker for generic yuri (That's why Miyabi Fujieda is awesome. No angst, no depressing events, pure love and happy ends only. ) The lack of routes is actually better since I'm also a sucker for devotion. The Yuuna/Nanami games are the best because perverted elder sisters are the very embodiment of perfection.

Not much one for romance in games, but I guess Touko's route in Cross Channel was pretty sweet.

This was so much of an "what the fuck are you doing" moment that I dropped YMK then(after playing the two other routes first).
She looks like a kid.
She acts like she's mentally challenged/plain insane(that was before the protagonist knew about the drugs, if I recall correctly)
And the protagonist still thinks it's an ok idea to just fuck her in the ass in some dirty back alley.
That was just too weird for me.

Of course, this was one of my first VNs, so now I wouldn't even bat an eyelash at something minor like that.

Baldr Sky as whole for me, can't really say just Sora route, because the relationship of Kou and Sora gets developed trough the whole game which culiminates then in her route. All that subtlyness, reading between the lines and parellity that they use in Kou and Sora relationship made the such a perfect match and memorable for me.

Second place goes to Alternative, now that I think about BS and ML, they share some common points in the romance elements. Maybe thats why I like them both so much.

Third place goes for Natsumi in Sharin no Kuni.

Yeah I'm pretty weak against that one common point all those three romances have.
