which difficulty are you playing on?
if it's Normal, she isn't really that hard once you know how to do her spellcards. Her first spell, you just move in a figure of 8 (sideways) making sure you're moving upwards in the middle, and dodge a few bullets at the same time.

If I was you would fucking give up on the idea.
You will end up getting varying frame rate and will die in moments you would never die if the frame rate was normal.
I do have a freaking old pc and i play better at my friend's because the sudden lag and acceleration kill you a lot

She's really not impossible, it just takes a bit of practice.

There are nice little advantages playing slowed down:
1. Get the game clear, thus opening the stage practice,
2. Slowing down the pattern gives the player new perspective of how a pattern works,
3. More motivation (OP's case) = more playtime = better memory of said game. Generally, playing more equals better skills, in any condition.

vpatch will allow you to set whichever framerate you wish.

Open a lot of the same video in your computer (large ones so they don't end quicky and the FPS rise instantly and kill you) and set them to mute or no volume so the sound don't irritate you and play it.
Your FPS will be lower.
