Perfect.

Seriously, what was god thinking when he made it so females need to become cocklusting cumguzzling whores in order to reproduce?

If Suwako had kids by virgin birth, there'd be another god/goddess just like her and we'd know about it. We don't now, do we. Stick with Occam's Razor, foo.

There's tons of youkai/gods in and even outside of Gensokyo we don't know anything about. ZUN just pulls them out of his ass as he pleases.

Also, this happened many hundreds of years ago and I don't think her kids (and their kids and so on) would stick with her forever so they'd be scattered everywhere.

Do note that other parthenogenetic lizards (New Mexico whiptails) still keep their mating instict. Females of those lizards often try to mate with each other, and the lizards that don't engage in those mock matings cannot lay eggs.

When it comes to all-female species, though, bdelloid rotifers are my favorite. Those microscopic freshwater animals are exclusively female (other rotifers do have males, though) and the entire taxon apparently had no sexual reproduction for the last 40 million years, and possibly more. Their answer to sexual reproduction is simple: Like small, swimming tyranids, they can steal other organisms' DNA. Many other freshwater organisms have a back-up plan in case the pond they dwell in dries - for bdelloids, this involves drying themselves as well, surviving in an inert condition until the conditions are hospitable once more. Now, desiccation pretty much wrecks any sort of organic material, including DNA and the cell membrane, so the bdelloids are left with their both their cells and genetic material in shambles. In the process of patching themselves up, they start to incorporate foreign elements, such as DNA of other rotifers or even half-digested food they've previously eaten, into their own genetic code. Matthew Meselson of Harvard describes it as lesbian necrophilia.

This, by the way, also means that a part of you can live forever as the little bdelloid girl. Bdelloids are common and found in pretty much every pond, and you simply need to grow enough, dry them, add some of your tissue (scraping the inside of your mouth for some oral mucosa is good) onto them and pour back some water.

Going by VN logic, the next day you'll get a cute rotifer girl at your door claiming that you have ruined her purity (her kind hasn't known sex for millions of years, after all, and you've went ahead and cummed in their pool) and demanding that you take responsibility.
