I do on occasion remove titles that are dead, however I don't like using "lack of updates for a time" as a reason and prefer for there to be more evidence than that. This week, something that wasn't updated in months, Under the Moon, suddenly received an update saying it is still alive. There have been a number of projects with extended periods between updates, only to be updated again.

In addition, with the titles that you listed, some of those there isn't even reason to consider removing them. Higurashi Daybreak, while not being updated here because of the lack of a good way to tell progress, is seeing regular progress, M&M Enchanting Magic & Sweet Charms Went months before going to it's current updated progress. While the website hasn't been updated, I have talked with someone who confirmed that Sensei Da-isuki 2 is still seeing progress. Tenshi No Inai 12-Gatsu status was changed not too long ago (probably a couple months), and the IRC channel with the translation active message doesn't list a percent.

6th note:

"Before I noticed, the girl was abscent from school" - "abscent" should be "absent"

The only ntr game that made me rage endlessly was 私の知らない妻（メス）の貌.
And then I was depressed as shit at the worst ending.
Seriously, the story is so fucked up
Starts with the protagonist being married and living happily with his wife their infant daughter.
One day one DVD gets delivered to his home, and there he finds out she was raped over and over during highschool.
He can't bring himself to discuss it with his wife even when more and more volumes gets delivered at his home.
Eventually his wife starts coming back home late, and he figures out she's getting blackmailed into it again, and until here it's pretty standard but the rage starts at the truth.
The truth is, there is really no blackmail going on here, his wife after ending highschool stuck with those whorish attitudes and grew to like taking dicks doing it for years until he met the protagonist.
She fell in love and decided to just stop doing it, eventually however she can't resist her urges anymore and plan this little play hoping that her husband would awake into some kind of sado mind and abuse her to satisfy her urges.
The game has pretty much 4 ending, the "good" one, the protagonist goes "Fuck it, I'm raping you." and everything goes as her wife planned, however it's implied they fall deeper and deeper into it to a point it's disgusting.
The "normal" end is where the husband gives up on his wife and divorces but keeps his daugher with him.
The "bad" end is where the husband ignores the DVDs but eventually his wife disappears with her daughter.
The "OHGODWHATISTHISIDONTEVEN" end is an extension of the normal end where the daughter grows up, guilty trips her father into having sex with her, and in the end the daughter has the same look in the eyes as her mother with the protagonist crying realizing his daughter will grow up to be a slut as her mother.
