Opinions are varied, though they are basically more of the same thing with a different flavor, so if you liked Inganock you should like the other games as well.
I personally liked Sharnoth more than Inganock and a lot more than Valusia, but people seem to disagree. Sona-nyl is looking like it'll challenge my number one spot though, trial was awesome.

What is up with that clown hallucination that nobody wants to talk about? Is the guy who keeps asking for applause the Grand Prince? What is Clock Crack Chrome? And those summoned steel mecha things - I forget what they are called - what are they supposed to be?

It combines ultra depressing and melancholic scenes in the surface with wacky adventures in the underground with a wonderland feeling and mahou shoujo, kinda.

It's a monster-of-the-week type chapter. This game's enemies are being of light that visit people at night and rob them of their memories, turning them gradually into metal. Lily meets with a small girl, they have a party together with Mao and Luciano whom they met in previous chapters and her mother, the next day they find out her memories are being reset every time, so they fight the "Angel".

It's pretty good. NY underground is visually stunning, with mushrooms growing everywhere and the purple sky in the background. There's a lot of description on how the places were before the incident happen, and how they are now. Imagine a cross between steampunk Oz and Gaiman's Neverwhere.

Yeah, that's one of the things I look forward to find out.
I seem to remember Edison saying something about those without memories being unable to pass on or something to that effect. So I guess once Lily defeats the angels and prevents the memories theft, people can finally die and leave the underground? The underground would be a sort of "limbo", I guess.
It's suspicious that Lily looks like Elisia's friend, A looks like Alan, and so on, so maybe they're their "memories" personified and trapped in the limbo?
This is obviously just wild speculation since there were a lot of unexplained things in the chapter.

I was expecting Katrijn to be sort of uppity and spoiled going from the promo image of her and her mother, but I wasn't expecting her to be so playful and downright adorable.

Alva and his harem. I'd have preferred if he wasn't listed in the character list on the site, because when he appeared here, it was painfully obvious that it was him. Especially since his face was obscured here, it kind of lessened the impact.

I did as you suggested and broke Misaki before 4 am on the third day to catch her brother. He still was not there. Was I supposed to break her but not harvest her soul? I'm not sure what else I could try.
