Something like this happened to me before. My little sister and her friends had to look something up, and they were too lazy to turn her computer on when they just turned it off, since it was just one quick thing. So I let them on and left to go take a shit. I came back and as soon as I came in they were frantically clicking to hide what was on the screen, but I obviously saw an image from one of my folders.

I didn't mention anything about it, and they tried (poorly, because their voices obviously gave away that they were hiding something) to pretend they didn't see anything, hoping that they closed it in time, I guess.

When they left I heard them through my wall talking about it, but couldn't make out what exactly they were talking about.

I go over to my nieces house, who is a preteen girl, and suddenly I have to go to the bathroom. I open up the door and there she is, with her pants down. I apologize and then leave.
