Check craigslist for part time jobs, go on google and google "How to write an entry level resume" and write one. Don't get discouraged if you don't have experiences, just put in the things you did while in high school that are related to the job. If I had the money I would let them stay as long as they want until they have to find somewhere else to go because I get too old to even take care of myself or die. For example, even some parts of the very conservative christian democrats in Germany have openly considered an unconditional basic income for everyone, even for those who are just lazy and don't want to work and be NEET instead and tendencies like this are also observable in other countries.
