Meiya > Sumika > Tama > Kei > Mikoto > Chizuru

As you can see,outside of the two Main girls' Routes, Tama's not bad herself.

The only route you should really avoid in Muv Luv is Chizuru's. She gets more tolerable though in Unlimited/Alternative.

Not worth it. Muv-Luv had some of the lamest routes for some of the shittiest cast of heroines in a big-title game. It's just background for Unlimited and Alternative anyway.
