The Corsair unit he has is only like $80 US, way cheaper than "real" water cooling.

Anyways, in the setup he has it's probably only about as efficient as a mid-tier air cooler. (no push-pull on his radiator, only 1 radiator core)

I have a KiraKira dakimakura. I promised myself when I got it that I would play the game, since I already had it for a while and just hadn't gotten around to it. That was 2 years ago, I still haven't played the game. A dakimakura with no emotional attachment is just kinda weird lol. It's just a big pillow!

One core of that size is actually quite plenty for most purposes, surprisingly...

A bigger problem with those standalone units is that they tend to really cheap out on everything. Ridiculously weak (integrated?) pump, thinnest tubes in existence, and a subpar waterblock. If you are handy/careful and don't buy stuff like "premium" tubing at $2/foot, $80-100 could still get you a decent setup that would also be easily expandable in future... Heck, with a big vertical case, you might even get away with a totally passive setup.

And yeah, sorry for the offtopic. Seeing a WC pic in the wild is just too damn rare, couldn't pass up the chance.
