OP here. Man, you guys disappoint me. I'll put in my idea then...

Guy is underweight NEET with crippling autism, as you've suggested. All his life all he's dreamed about is making his waifu real.
He's studied magic with dolls, stealing/"acquiring" dolls from Aozaki Touko, but they have no soul and just obey commands mindlessly.

Thus, he designs a system where he'll summon his Servant and place it within an amplified doll, making it the exact same as it was in it's original life. The strength of making the Servant as strong as it was when it was alive is his edge in the War.

His wish will be to live together with his waifu. But, that's not necessarily want the Servant wants...

Nah - it was something like two years ago.

I'd go for a red-haired, fierce and lively kind of guy. Let's name him Dicks Oak. Of course, his magical affinity is fire. He wouldn't hail from from japan, but Ireland instead. He is an experienced combat mage, able to hurl fire spells that hurt servants without a magical resistance strong enough. Being from Ireland and all, he tries to summon the most known irish hero, Cu Chulainn.

My scenario has Cu Chulainn already summoned by someone, and due to a "broad" catalyst, Dicks ends with Fergus, another irish hero. Unfortunately the strain of the summoning ritual leaves Dicks with a crippling autism. However, with the help of his darling ototo he is able to keep on fighting.

Dicks Oak and his equally rowdy servant would be the comic relief of the grail war if the war is conducted in a fictional world or the first to die if the war is set in a "real world", preferably to show the dangerous power of another servant. If we proceed along the comic relief line, Dicks will finally have a serious confrontation with the master of Cu Chulainn.
