Unfortunately I can't really add much, well I had some things to say at start but you started playing a lot more effectively towards the end, mixing up your attacks more and groundteching. I can't really give much character specific advice on Yukari since she is one of the characters I'm quite lost with ._.
All I know is that her wheel when used properly gives a lot of idle pressure and makes it hard for me to approach, I always sigh in relief when a Yukari opts to use either of the alt 623 :x
Oh, just as a sidenote, I was quite lax with punishing the wallports, but generally that's a bad idea, most characters can do something to hit you when you appear, it should only be used to avoid some spellcards and the like, it's not really an effective way out of the corner, if the opponent is decently good, then it just means pressure switches from one corner to the other

The second one had it's ordeals, like, when you gain momentum with those fucking iku cards, it's the scariest thing ever. However I think it's just the fact you're more experienced with the first one. I didn't find the second one too troubling, but I could see how it can start to be.

I cant seem to make the songs loop properly, they just go straight back to the start of the song. Example.

Trying to change Youmu's theme to her original PCB one. The song is 3:37 and the loop starts at roughly 6.770, according to the guide you just multiply it by the sample rate which is 44100.

A few tips: against Reisen, try to BE on j2A, not on 236B (both work, but the former is safer). And against Youmu, poke. Risk/reward is positive for you if you throw a 5A once in a while in my staggers.
Correctly blocked f.5A/f.2A is pokable with a c.5A (the idea is also not to poke when I decide to cancel them into 3/6A; f.5/2A into 3/6A is pretty tight because it's a cancel), and 66A 236B can be poked in-between too. 66A 214B cannot. Also - and that's a thing that will work 100% - try to graze after j6A, 'cause the only thing I can do after it is j6C.

Well, I think it's the only "valid" point you brought up for #hisouten being shit, it's not that hard to get I guess, if I'm playing a character that I already know how to play, or don't feel like improving with, I'd play a suwako any time, although if I'm trying to improve, fighting against suwako is an entire different game, you're just learning how to fight her, and not the game in general. And I guess some people just don't enjoy fighting suwako at all because, uh, they want to play "soku."

Sensible thing was a joke though, it won't really change anything if you're told with a long elaborate sentence or a short answer. yeah, i heard of okuu causing problems. weird thing is, i've never once had that kind of crash. i play okuu's all the time and i have that .ini tweak to disable the effects on her cape, so she was never a problem for me. not sure what caused that.

I've always seen the term "stagger" used to speak of a blockstring composed of (but not necessarily only) frametraps, while a "frametrap" is the period of neutral between two moves' blockstun. My main point is, you can try to luck out a poke in a staggered blockstring - because both frametraps and resets can exist there -, but never during a frametrap. Terms definitions may vary between games or communities, but I didn't feel like I needed to be more constructive against an answer like his.

I have no idea how to fight Yuyuko, so I just started spamming 5C's with Utsuho. It sort of worked in the second round, but I still lost in the third round! I've been trying to learn how to play Reimu as well, but I'm still not too strong with her yet. I know a few basic blockstrings and combos, but that's it.

I should probably figure out how to approach from the ground instead of flying in and doing j2a/j5a so much.

Really, I do not do combos, I just go with flow of what works. Learning combo is good, but it's not my type of thing.. Your Iku reach the heavens with j2a. I haven't saw an Iku go such until now. It is suprise to me in one battle. I am still not sure what to do around powerful kuu players. They get me everytime. I avoid using my old main Yuyuko when I can, to control other characters in battle. Approach from sky only/ approach from ground only. Only when you can approach from both air and land. It will be good.

Thanks for the practice against Yuyuko, I seemed to do better as Iku against her, for some reason. I had no way of approaching her with Utsuho, but with Iku, I could get in with random j2a's and her alt 214. My Iku still isn't all that strong yet, but I think I improved at least a little bit during our matches.
