Depending on your appearance it takes a diffrent ammount of work, Usually when I decide to go out I use a fresh 4 bladed razor when I usualy use 3 blades, getting good with make up is a good Idea, not so much lots of color but even after a fresh shave I have to use some, brest forms with adhesive are good if you get good with make up, you can let some cleavage or sides show if you get good at matching your skin tone, this helps divert attention from your face or other areas you may need more work on.
