Which difficulty, by the way? It's okay up to Hard but becomes bogus on Lunatic.

You can still run vpatch on the translated versions, if you rename the translated versions to what the japanese version should be(th07 instead of th07e). The only one that this doesn't work for is EoSD, for that you need to rename the english version to the japanese name of the game.

Oh, and I recently beat the game with ReimuB too. What pretty much happens is Yuyuko and Youmu visit you, Youmu remarks on how easy her job would be if her garden was as small as yours, then Yuyuko tells you that if you want to seal the border, you should see her friend.

I made it to Yuyuko on lunatic in PCB today without using continues, would have cleared it if I hadn't died to Lily 2 times.

There's nothing wrong with it. It's another stepping stone if you don't want to make huge leaps, and if you do return to that difficulty you should go for more than just a clear. Handicaps, scoring, stuff like that.

Compared to the other Windows games? Personally, I think it's at the very bottom, and I'd like to see what points you have to bring up about it. I can't deny there's some arguably unfair spots at times.

Ugh, that last spellcard of Yuyuko...I lost all my continues to that thing a while ago. I almost 1cc'd Normal too, which sucks. I don't have the patience to try it again.

I suggest when you start a new game which you aren't familiar with you should start with Easy mode for a few runs, and then just play with Normal until you 1CC it.
Personally, I played 1CCed PCB on easy mode, and right after that I started practising Extra mode, It took a long time but I did clear it and by that I had already normal 1CCed the main game, After 1CCing it on normal, I moved on lunatic immediately and I have been playing it on practice mode for a while now, and as I mentioned earlier I already got to Yuyuko.

If any of you want less lag in PCB to increase your gameplay, try doing this. Open the custom.exe in your PCB folder and check the lowest right box as seen in the picture, It should make a difference in your movement in game and make things easier.

I just finished my fairy wars extra stage, now I should probably go back and start from the beginning. But after fairy wars, I'll probably need the Vsync patch thing, I tried playing EoSD again and it seemed
1. In slow motion, and
2. Incredibly hard despite that.
Even though I managed to 1CC hard and do the extra stage just a few months back.
