I should also note, the right sleeve seems to be able to come off...partially. Like, the top of it is disconnected, but as it gets under her arm, it seems connected to the rest of the shirt again. Here's how you are supposed to do it. Without ripping her arm off.
You'll need good hand strength or a vice. Simply apply pressure to her chest until the arm socket forms something like an oval. It ought to be fairly flexable so don't worry about breaking it, but don't go overboard. Once you have the oval simply pull the arm against the top or bottom of the socket at an angle and it should pop right out. This is neccasary since sometimes you'll get a fig that has an oddly shaped plug or just a defect from the mold used.
