I'd think that Keine would simply re-write her age to however old she feels like being when she's in EX mode.

She's also old as fuck, older than Youkai normally live and so I'd say it's plausible that she keeps herself alive this way.

That is to say though, that she could probably be killed by an enemy strong enough (and once dead isn't conscious to undo her death since she could only do that once it had actually happened.. she can alter the past, not the future).

However seeing as she as an extra boss it doesn't seem like there is much that could kill her out there, at worst she could just re-write where she was going before the fight started, or find a million other ways to escape through loopholes like that.
