I use Marketiva. Some say it's a scam site, but it looks like alright to me so far, and a lot of people use it.

Google won't shut any of you down, since you're really just doing what Google wants you to do: make content that will make people visit your page. And if you happen to have some friends who click ads for you, then more power to you. Nobody can forbid someone from clicking ads on your page every once in a while as a nice gesture.

TECHNICALLY we're not forcing anyone to click our ads. Even people on /jp can look at a blog and not click any ads. This does not go against their policy. We simply posted links to our blogs and said "follow" us.
