Serious answer here, OP.

Your best chance of winning is in Ran route, where you have infinite time to prepare.
Finish all the other dungeons to raise your commanders' levels. Scan your prison for higher-level (>50) generic commanders and hire them. Release other prisoners and you'll get +1 level items.
You need at least 6-7 characters with levels over 60, the rest maxed (40-50). Use all items that have +/- xyz damage dealt/received, use Dungeon walker, give your characters the Dungeon expert skill.

I recommend doing 1 level of Orochi's dungeon at a time. Clear lvl 1, exit. You start at lvl 2. Clear, exit.
When you get to the last level, you can start the fight with Orochi with all your commanders at full health.
Make the first line-up your weakest, because Orochi uses up his strongest attack in the begginning (attacks all, deals massive damage). Also, kill his subordinates as fast as possible, they're not that tough.

That's all I know, good luck op

-Get Uesugi Kenshin
-Get Senhime
-Get the youkai generals, especially Masamune
-Get Baba Shouen, and while you're at it, Sanada and Kousaka won't hurt you either
-Get the Mouri sisters
-Get all the reinforcements
-Get the Shimazu brothers if you're on a non-demon army route, get that faggot with 99 level cap if you're on a demon army route
-Keep all generals with a level cap at 40 or above

Then, max all their levels, especially Rance, Kenshin, Masamune, Baba Shouen and Uruza.
