I can never understand why people single out companies, and HLJ in particular, when they receive a damaged parcel. Blame the ship, the plane, the mailman, the 40lb box rolling around the cabin, anything but the place you ordered it from. I've received over 100 SAL packages from HLJ and not one has been damaged to such an extent. When boxes receive that severe of damage, a layer of bubble wrap and some cushions won't stop it.

Desperately want HobbySearch to be my "one-stop-shop" I've only dealt with them once, and that didn't go well. I pre-ordered something months in advance & never received an email from them. I searched thoroughly through my inbox too. It was just one flub though, hopefully it won't happen again. The shippers on my end are good. My issues with HLJ were due to their poor packaging, not the mishandling of parcels on the US side. Just like in that picture, HLJ had packed figures too tight in the box with almost no protection. They may not have directly damaged it, but they choose who they ship with, and I wasn't pleased... on more than a couple occasions. They didn't want to address the issue when I brought it to their attention, so I changed who I order from, that's all.

I think its funny because you really have no fucking idea what happened. All you know is you received a damaged box. It's already been said that the company you order from isn't responsible. When damage happens, its a rare incident. Blaming someone and holding any kind of a grudge just makes you look ignorant and childish. So someone didn't put your figure in a big box with bubble wrap. You don't need to have a fucking Master's degree to understand why that is COMPLETELY independent of a figure receiving damage. You can ship a carton of eggs from Japan to America, some arrive broken and some arrive whole. The fact they're eggs or they were put in normal cartons has absolutely nothing to do with the fact some were broken and some were. It's called chance. Grow up.

Just my preference. I love the colors and subtle details on Momohime. Her base is the best I've seen. I don't have VN02, so I can't speak for that and Clalaclan armored is too white with a fairly static pose. The dress frills and hair are certainly excellent though.

I think Selvaria could be in the running too, but her pose is nothing special and the lance might need some assistance being held upright.
