Hey, /jp/
I'm too happy, /jp/
What are some good translated VNs to get me depressed?
Thanks in advance.
Really, thanks.

Symphonic Rain

I haven't recovered from withdrawal.

Narcissu if you want to finish in just an hour or so.

Song of Saya's rather dismal... or you can just read one of them comics bout the girl cheating on her boyfriend/spouse with 20 guys and gets knocked up and shit. (I'm sure someone here can recommend you a good comic)

I know.
I know, okay.
But, but I don't want that!
I don't want lists with average ratings.
I wants something that'll touch my soul.
So what VNs touched your souls, /jp/?
Share with me!
Be so kind, /jp/.

Thank you!
I played Narcissu and Saya no Uta already though, some time ago. And saya no Uta wasn't depressing at all.
But, thank you.

So you're incapable of deciding things on your own and want people to spoonfeed you?

No prob, Saya No Uta to me seems like there was no "Happy Ending" regardless of the outcome and anyone around the main character got fucked over one way or another.

But definitely check out those cheating comics if you want.

I'm not incapable!
Really, I'm not.
People might sometimes say that, but it's not true.
I just, I just want the good people on /jp/, people who I respect very much, to help me a little.
Just a little bit.
Okay?

I found the last ending of Saya no Uta very heartwarming.
Bittersweet, maybe, but not depressing, no. Not that.
And the comics... I can't bring myself to treat them seriously. Even if they're about characters I like, even if they're horrible, I somehow can't.

You haven't played Planetarian?

God stop posting in that format of text please.

I'm feeling nice today so yeah Symphonic Rain. I still cry listening to the songs or remembering things after 5 months.

I'm sorry. Do I make to many line breaks? I'm sorry, I'll stop. And thank you for your recommendation. Thank you very much.
>>6079424
No, I haven't. I didn't find other Key VNs very depressing, though. A bit, yes, but in the end not much. But I heard Planetarian is different than them. Is it really different? Different enough for some one who is not a fan of Key? I hope it is. And if it is, is it long? If it's shorter than Symphonic Rain, I'll try it.

I know /jp/ has a reputation to be all angry and aggressive, but I don't think it's true. I really don't. There are good people here, I was helped after all. I'm sure it must be hard to see another recommendation thread, and there's the tough guy reputation to uphold, but really, don't be so negative.
If you take things with positive attitude, I'm sure you will be happier. But it's kind of charming to see you like that, so it's not all bad. "I-it's not like I like I like Japan or Visual Novels or anything! I don't really want to help you, I just happen to be bored!" kinda thing - it's really cute. It's what makes you so nice, /jp/. But you should be more honest, I think. It's good to be honest, it really is. But if you don't want to, that's ok too! I don't want to tell you to change or anything.
I already love /jp/ the way it is now.
