it's my first day in osaka. i'm in an industrial area. there's not a single tourist anywhere, nobody speaks english, and none of the signs have any english on them. my ATM card doesn't work at any of the banks & i've got about 5,000 yen left. I leave on the 31st of May.

I loved shikoku. It's my favorite place in all of Japan. It's so rustic and charming its amazing.

Shikoku has 4 main cities. Takamatsu close to the seto-ohashi bridge, matsuyama on the west with dogo onsen, kochi in the south with its beautiful beaches and tataki, and tokushima on the east which you can reach by bus lines from kobe across a different bridge (a hell ot faster)
