I run a pchat for several members of /jp/, and I have to say: No fucking shit, sherlock. You'd generally get the same kind of response from /b/.

I regularly post stuff here I put on megaupload and get emails from the site asking me what they are when they're being reported. I usually just name the files meandmyfamily.rar or something along those lines and say they are family photos. Works everytime, nothing gets deleted.

As I said it depends on where you live. In some countries making personal copies for yourself is legal. In some it's legal as long as you don't circumvent any copy protection. In some it's not legal at all.
While it can be considered a derivate work ZUN grants explicit permission to remix his music. Thus the respective artist holds the copyright on his creation (but not ZUN's original music of course).
