In addition, she is possessed of superhuman (*3) intellect, and is especially good at mathematics.

Furthermore, due to her long lifespan, she has a broad range of knowledge and experience.

It doesn't. Living fucking forever does. Youkai get stronger and lazier as they age, so you can get ridiculously powerful if they live long. Yukari didn't always have the power to fuck around with abstract boundaries and shit.

Also... Yukari isn't even strongest. Iirc ZUN himself stated that her power is pretty weak comparatively.

Yukari just has a lot of fanboys and so naturally more people are going to be analyzing/pondering her power, and some people seem to imply that it can do universe-hax shit when really that appears to be beyond what she's capable of.

There are several other hax characters though. Normally, Keine is kinda weak with her fake-eating history stuff, but Ex Keine can actually fucking re-write it, which makes her by proxy one of the strongest Touhous ever... since she can literally erase any recorded history, she could probably kill Mokou/Kaguya/Eirin if she wanted, through more than one method.. removing the Hourai elixir, removing their ancestors, or just plain removing them. But since she's just a sweet little cow, she doesn't really abuse her power.
